Résumé

Angola’s Tourism in the Context of Covid-19 Pandemic The 2014 oil crisis, which affected the economy of Angola, opened the path for tourism. Tourism entered into the government’s political agenda. Nevertheless, the outbreak of the coronavirus is not only portraying the weakness of the investments, which was done, but also indicating how these investments were supposed to have been done. This implies bilateral deals with other established tourism economies in Africa, such as Kenya, Tanzania and South Africa, as well as visa free measures. It seems nothing is being done towards this.
